Can provide a completed W-9 IRS form

Refer LEAP and get rewarded in 4 easy steps:
Register: Complete this form to register for the program.
Refer a Firm: Submit your referral to referrals@leap.us for review and qualification.
They Choose LEAP: If the firm qualifies for this program*, subscribes to LEAP, and installs the software, they will become an eligible referral.
You Get Paid: After the firm completes installation and onboarding and remains with LEAP for 90 days, you will receive $80 per contracted user.*
Register for the program by submitting this form and LEAP will review your application. If accepted, we will reach out to collect a completed W-9 and provide a potential client referral form.
*$80 per user, up to a maximum of $2,000 per firm referral. To be qualified, a referred firm must not already be in the active LEAP pipeline or be an active WealthCounsel user. Active LEAP pipeline is defined as any firm who has already seen a LEAP demonstration and is working with a Business Development Manager.
