1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter is LEAP Family Law, a division of LEAP Legal Software Pty Ltd (ABN 68 085 029 885), Level 38, Two International Towers, 200 Barangaroo Avenue, Barangaroo NSW 2000 ("Promoter"). This promotion is conducted independently and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Tennis Australia Limited or the Australian Open.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who are registered delegates of the ALPMA Summit + ALTACON 2026, Geelong (the "Summit").

2.2 Employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, their immediate families, and any associated agencies are ineligible.

3. How to enter

3.1 To enter, eligible delegates must visit the LEAP Family Law stand at the Summit, , during the scheduled Summit hours between 9 and 11 September 2026 and provide their name, email address and contact details.

3.2 One entry per delegate. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted.

4. Prize

4.1 One winner will receive one (1) place in the LEAP Family Law corporate suite at Melbourne Park for the day session on Tuesday 26 January 2027, including reserved seating and food and beverage service for the duration of the session. Total prize value: AUD $1,499 including GST.

4.2 Travel, accommodation, transfers and all other personal and incidental expenses are not included. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, and no substitution will be offered.

4.3 The winner must comply with the venue's conditions of entry, including any dress code, conduct and responsible service of alcohol requirements. The Promoter may withdraw access where these are not met, with no compensation payable.

4.4 The date cannot be changed. If the winner is unable to attend, the Prize is forfeited, and the Promoter may draw a replacement winner from the remaining valid entries.

4.5 The Prize is subject to the scheduling and conduct of the Australian Open 2027. The Promoter is not responsible for changes to the order of play, session times, player withdrawals, or any cancellation or suspension of play, including for reasons of weather.

5. Draw and notification

5.1 The draw will be conducted electronically on Monday, 14 September 2026. The winner will be the first valid entry drawn at random and will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days.

5.2 If the Prize is not claimed by 5:00pm AEST on Friday, 25 September 2026, a redraw will take place on Monday, 28 September 2026, with the same notification period.

6. Verification

6.1 The Promoter may verify the identity, age, eligibility and Summit registration of any entrant. Entries that do not comply with these Terms may be disqualified.

6.2 The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, by means contrary to the intention of this Agreement, or obtained through unauthorised or improper means.

7. Announcement of winner

7.1 By accepting the Prize, the winner consents to the Promoter using their name and organisation, and any statement they provide, for the purpose of announcing the result and promoting this and future promotions, across the Promoter's marketing channels including social media, the Promoter's website, articles and other publications, without further notice, approval or payment.

7.2 If the winner wishes to withdraw the consent granted under Clause 7.1, they must notify the Promoter in writing at familylaw.marketing@leap.com.au. On receipt, the Promoter will, within a reasonable time, cease using the winner's name, organisation and any statement they provided for the purposes described in Clause 7.1. Withdrawal does not require the Promoter to remove, recall or take down any material already published or distributed before the withdrawal takes effect, and does not affect the winner's entitlement to the Prize.

8. Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related bodies corporate are not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered in connection with this promotion or the Prize, including direct or indirect consequential loss or loss of profits, and including loss arising from technical issues, tampering or unauthorised intervention; lost, late or misdirected entries; any act or omission of Tennis Australia Limited, the venue operator or any third-party supplier; or disruptions beyond the Promoter's control.

8.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes, modifies, or limits or purports to exclude, modify, or limit any Statutory consumer guarantees and rights or remedies under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia. .

8.3 Subject always to Clause 8.2, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate to any entrant or to the winner, arising out of or in connection with this promotion or the Prize, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or on any other basis, is limited in aggregate to the total value of the Prize as stated in Clause 4.1.

9. General

9.1 The Promoter may modify, suspend or terminate this promotion, or amend these Terms, at its discretion and subject to applicable legislation. All decisions of the Promoter are final and binding.

9.2 The Promoter is not liable for any failure or delay in conducting this promotion or awarding the Prize to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, extreme weather, fire, pandemic or public health emergency, government or public authority action, industrial action, venue closure or unavailability, or any cancellation, postponement or restriction affecting the Australian Open 2027 (each a "Force Majeure Event"). Where a Force Majeure Event prevents the Prize from being awarded or taken up substantially as described in these Terms, the Promoter may, acting reasonably, cancel or postpone the promotion, substitute a prize of comparable value, or take any other action it considers appropriate, without liability to any entrant.

9.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

10. Privacy

10.1 Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy at https://www.leap.com.au/privacy/ and may be used to conduct and administer the promotion, communicate with entrants, and for marketing and promotional purposes, including announcing the winner and promoting this and future promotions of the Promoter via social media, the Promoter's website, articles and other publications, and disclosure to third-party service providers assisting with the promotion.
