On 29 May 2026, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia issued its long-awaited Practice Direction on the use of Artificial Intelligence. It applies to every lawyer, litigant and expert appearing before the Court. It's about what you file, how you draft and what tools you use in everyday practice.
