The LEAP Zapier integration brings no-code automation to your practice, streamlining workflows by connecting LEAP with hundreds of apps. “Zaps” consist of a trigger in one app and an action in another. The Call Logging app for LEAP Desktop provides a centralised, user-friendly register for inbound phone enquiries.

Capture inquiry details, link them to a Card or Matter, and assign them to staff. Integrated with LEAP notifications, staff are instantly alerted to the action required. Each call includes a detailed record, status updates, and a full audit trail.

Managing Critical Dates has been made more user-friendly with the introduction of Calculated Critical Dates.

This means that it's possible to set future dates based on their dependency of other Critical Dates.

For example, the Limitation Date in an RTA matter is now automatically calculated based on the Accident Date, or the claimants age if a minor.
